## Daily
- Check lubrication oil level
- Listen for unusual noise in first 10 strokes
- Check counterbalance air pressure (within 10% of set point)
## Weekly
- Measure gib clearance with feeler gauge (record and trend)
- Verify lubrication flow at all points
- Check encoder cable at flex points
- Check drive cooling fan
## Monthly
- Clean drive air filters
- Check encoder battery voltage (replace if below 3.2V)
- Review drive fault history
- Motor insulation resistance: should be above 100 megaohm
- BDC repeatability: 20 strokes, std dev below 0.01mm
## Quarterly
- Adjust gibs if clearance increased more than 0.02mm
- Oil sample analysis for metal particles
- Check crankshaft end play and connecting rod clearance
- Verify all safety functions
## Annual
- Full drive parameter backup
- Replace encoder batteries
- Replace drive cooling fans
- Full mechanical inspection
- Calibrate tonnage monitor
